This Best Western is ...

This Best Western is great. Alan at the front desk provided top notch service, finding the best rate for our stay and went out of his way to make us comfortable as we stopped through on our road trip. Very clean and welcoming. Feels like a true vacation.

Only real problem was ...

Only real problem was the hot tub...it only worked one afternoon. But my room was great! Loved the double king room! All hotels should offer this option!!

Excellent place to enjoy ...

Excellent place to enjoy your Monterey getaway!!! Not only did Jose at the front desk go above and beyond at accommodating our family at check in, but the hotel was also extremely clean and well organized. This is definitely going to be our go-to family destination hotel for when we’re in Monterey.
