Good service. May want ...

Good service. May want to have the trash haulers not come at 5 am with their beeping truck. Clean rooms lobby. Continental breakfast could be a bit better. Still a solid 4 star.

Thank you Diane and ...

Thank you Diane and team for the outstanding service we experienced during our stay. We were particularly impressed with Alan at the front desk. He greeted us a warm “Aloha” welcome and we thought we were in Hawaii! Alan continued to promptly help us with the smooth check-in process. On another occasion, we asked Candido(sp) on our floor if we could have 2 more sets of towels and he came back in what it seemed like a matter of seconds! The Best Western Plus Monterey clearly shows attention to detail and commitment and it made our trip truly memorable.
