Reviews from Satisfied Guests at the Best Western Plus Monterey Inn

The staff here is absolutely friendly and so helpful. They were able to recommend restaurants and things for us to see, all of which were spot on (Pizza My Heart? Please come to South Carolina! lol). The room was clean and spacious and the location was excellent. We were able to walk down to the wharf and see the sea lions and explore their ocean front. Monterey quickly became one of our favorite towns and we will not only be back there, but will also choose this Best Western location again.

We where 2 adultes and 2 children. Very good place to stay for the price we paid.

5 stars to a clean, friendly place to stay!

This is a nice, reasonably-priced hotel. The location is great for walking to downtown and even to Cannery Row. It's even better on days when the trolley is running. The hotel is a bit older but still in really good shape. We stayed in an oversized room and was pleased with all the space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The automatic nightlights in the bathroom were a nice touch. Liked that the sink was separate from the tub/toilet. The elevators that takes you from the parking lot directly to your room floor were very convenient. The internet was reliable. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was even better. Wish the hotel had more space to eat breakfast. I really enjoyed the cookies and coffee that were always available at the front desk. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay.
