Lage Ca. 5 Minuten mit ...

Lage Ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zur Fishermans Wharf und zur Cannery Row Parken: Das Hotel verfügt über eine geräumige Tiefgarage mit großen Parkplätzen Emopfang: Grundsätzlich nett, aber etws reserviert. Zimmer: Geräumiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Bad mit großer Dusche. Die Möblierung des Zimmers ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem ist das Hotel etwas hellhörig. Frühstück: Amerikanisches Frühstück insbesondere mit dem Joghurt-Spender ist in Ordnung. Das in den USA vielfach übliche Einweggeschirr führt zum Punktabzug. Außerdem ist der Frühstücksraum viel zu klein. Im Hotel ist ein Wasserspender vorhanden, an dem man seine Wasservorräte auffüllen kann Insgesamt ist der Preis für die Leistung etwas zu hoch.

We enjoyed our stay ...

We enjoyed our stay very much. Alan was super helpful with recommendations for restaurants nearby. I was concerned about the lack of air conditioning but to no avail. The ceiling fan was great and the room stayed around 66 degrees which was perfect! The heated pool and hot tub were nice amenities as was the coffee machine. It is well located and quiet.

Unfortunately, due to some ...

Unfortunately, due to some administrative error, our room was not cleaned for the duration of our 4 night's stay. This was despite asking for a daily clean upon check-in, and after assurances from the front desk that it would definitely be cleaned after we checked out (technically) and checked back in to the same room for an extra night! As we were often away all day, by the time we returned, the cleaning staff had gone. Quite disappointing. However, that aside, we were very happy with the facilities, comfort levels and ambiance of the hotel and really enjoyed our visit. Even with the cleaning hiccup, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in ...

Very nice hotel in Monterey. Good sized rooms with balconies. Nice breakfast included. Free underground car park. Lovely pool and hot tub. 15 minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf.
