For the value and ...

For the value and the quality of service you receive, this hotel gets 5 stars. Very clean lobby, breakfast area, and most importantly a very clean and tidy room. Walking distance to fishermans wharf and the beach. Also was surprised with the many different breakfast options. Thank you Best Western!

My husband and I ...

My husband and I spent a couple of days in Monterey and our stay at the Best Western Plus was great. The staff was very friendly and Alan was AMAZING. Alan's personality was very warm, inviting and professional. The hotel industry definitely needs more people like him. The only issue we had was the noise in the room above us that tookplace past midnight. We mentioned the noise to Alan and he told us if it happened the next night to call the front desk because they have a noise ordinance. Well it was noise the next night and we called the front desk and they called upstairs to tell the other guests to quiet down. It got a little better. Other than that, we had no issues and we appreciated the daily breakfast. We will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Monterey.

The staff here makes the place fantastic. Alan was so helpful! Room was perfect location. Great little walk to the harbor or downtown.

Incredible value for a ...

Incredible value for a family vacation!! I was looking for something in Monterey with a nice breakfast buffet for my teenagers. They need a good base for adventuring. We got the 2-bedroom family suite and fell in love. I had coffee on my terrace with a bluebird and felt like I was living in a fairytale. 😍 They have a 24-hour hot cocoa machine that was A HIT!!!! 😋 our location was a short drive to all the tourist destinations on our list. The staff took good care of us and my kids even took a dip in the heated pool. The marine layer makes it feel like it’s sprinkling in the morning and evening and in the hot tub, the combo sent smoke in the water. My guys were thrilled! Mom and dad were too SoCal to venture into swimming in the May weather in Monterey Bay. ☺️😀😂😍
