Today is 3/16/2024 I've had the best experience at the best western! ((ALAN)) at the front desk was the best customer service. This gentleman deserves to be promoted! As soon as the doors open, he greeted my family and I with the great big smile and an uplifting matter, professional the whole way, gave us plenty of information about the property. He insured me if I had any problems that he would take care of us and he definitely did. He took great pride in ensuring positive overall customer experience. Thank you again. Will definitely be coming back 🏝️😁

Nice hotel. Very clean, ...

Nice hotel. Very clean, very comfortable beds, nice staff, and tasty breakfast. All the staff were very friendly during our stay. I saw another review about the masks. There were signs stating guests who were fully vaccinated had the option of not wearing masks and they had you sign a paper at check-in stating this as well. I appreciated this since my family is fully vaccinated. We adhered to the signs stating to sanitize or wear gloves by the coffee maker and breakfast bar but chose not to wear masks since we are vaccinated and healthy. 7 minute walk to downtown to great restaurants and about 1/2 mi walk to the Dennis Menace playground so you can’t beat the location. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for ...

We stayed here for 5 nights over spring break and were very happy with the cleanliness, staff, and amenities. The room was so beautiful, and spacious for our family of three. There was sufficient parking. The pool was heated and just perfect even on a more cold day. The breakfast was impressive, and the staff was so patient and kind with making sure it was stocked even though there were many guests! That brings me to the staff. Every time we walked by someone who worked at the hotel they said ‘Hi’ and were just so kind. It made our stay so comfortable and we can’t wait to come back. We love this place!! *note- I am being completely sincere. The bar for our family is pretty high when it comes to hotels and we were blown away for the value of our stay here 💛
