The place is exceptional. ...

The place is exceptional. Beautifully decorated, lovely gardens, incredible pool. The staff are all friendly and helpful. This is probably the most well managed Best Western I've stayed at, and I have stayed at Best Westerns for over 40 years.

This is a nice ...

This is a nice hotel. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. It’s located pretty close to downtown Monterey and it comes with a free parking garage. The room I stayed in had a bathroom with two beds (which where comfy), a TV, and a desk. The room also had a balcony, which was nice. The rooms were clean. I gave this hotel five stars because it has nice rooms near downtown Monterey.

I was extremely impressed ...

I was extremely impressed with the Best Western Monterey Plus. Any requests were always met with a Yes answer. For instance, when we asked if we might have breakfast in our room, the answer was YES, just ask for a tray. When I needed a little help with the Apple computer, a member of staff assisted me. Counter personnel were always smiling.
