Without doubt one of ...

Without doubt one of our favorite hotel in Monterey Bay! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Jerry and the following day by Jose. The hotel and rooms are extremely clean and well sanitized. The staff constantly sanitizes the hotel areas and have Covid protocols. This is the first hotel we have stayed at during the pandemic and highly recommend it if you are in the area.

For the price it ...

For the price it was worth it. It was clean and empty midweek. However by the weekend, it started filling up. They couldn't serve hot breakfast option so instead they provided grab and go bags. The breakfast bags came with a banana, pastry, trail bar and bottle of water. We still grabbed breakfast from Wild Plum Cafe nearby. The thing that was bothersome was the fact that the weekend manager on duty felt.like.he didn't need to wear mask! On Friday everytime we went by the lobby he wasn't wearing one. Saturday at 10 am he finally had one on. All.other staff members I saw were doing the right thing.

Great place for a ...

Great place for a 1 or 2 night stay near downtown Monterey. Super clean. They have grab n' go breakfast and hot coffee. Covered parking lot which is good. Keep in mind that they don't have AC at this hotel. Heat only. That wasn't a problem during our stay as the temperature was 60 out. But hot sleepers should look somewhere else.
