The service was very ...

The service was very friendly and welcoming. I like the comfort of the room except the fact that the pool is not connected with hotel hallways. It was weird to go in and out thru the main entrance/lobby.

Big King Room comfortable ...

Big King Room comfortable bed friendly staff. I was on 2nd floor, people above me were running and jumping until midnight...not much rest, but would have been a 5 star had they not been in that room.
