The staff is awesome ...

The staff is awesome and the room is clean and comfortable. My issue is solely with the shower! The shower was designed for men, by men! There is no place for a woman to put her foot up when shaving her legs, let alone space for her personal face-wash, shampoo, conditioner, razor, loofa, etc. Everything had to sit on the floor. Also, the water is soft. If you have thick, long hair, you will spend 45 min trying to rinse shampoo out of it and still may have a film of it. Otherwise, the room and hotel were great. Staff was super friendly and professional!

Location is not.bad. you ...

Location is not.bad. you can walk to Monterey Wharf it's good. Big issue: NO AC in their room. Room are big enough with all you need. Breakfast is light but the essential is here to start a day.

The service was very ...

The service was very friendly and welcoming. I like the comfort of the room except the fact that the pool is not connected with hotel hallways. It was weird to go in and out thru the main entrance/lobby.
