Staff was nice! Rooms were nice n clean.. served breakfast in the morning . loved the area!

Absolutly Loved this hotel. The staff became like family after staying over a month. They were amazing from day one.. The hotel is peaceful wirh beautiful plants and flowers everywhere. Housekeeping has this hotel immaculate. The king room is really spacious with plenty of room. Most of the rooms have small balconies with sliding doors which helps because there is no AC. Monterey doesn't really get warm enough for AC. The pool is heated but not very large. It was fine because during the week it was always empty and I was able to have the poolto myself. The hotel offers a really good continental breakfast. They have lots of options such as pancakes, a hot special of the day option, plenty of pastries, and cereal options. On Tuesdays after 3pm there is a street fair a couple blocks away. Definitely recommend if you have time to visit. The rotisserie chicken truck was very popular and ran out fast. Bring Cash some vendors don't accept cards.

Checked in staff was very nice and fast. Room is clean and beautiful. Very close to restaurants and wharf.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, the staff is friendly and the location is ideal. It's pricey, but I think that's normal for the area. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It consisted of stale croissants and muffins, packaged breakfast sandwiches, plus apples, bananas, and coffee. Not very appetizing. It was very quiet here at night. If you need any in your room such as extra towels etc... they won't bring them up, you have to go to the front desk to get them. Maybe they don't have enough people working at night to assist in that. Still ,I would stay here again.
