They don't have a/c if that matters to you but it never get so hot during our last stay this summer. You can open the windows at night to get some cool breeze but you can hear the traffic though. The staff are nice and accommodating and very professional. And the rooms, are spacious! Good breakfast, though the breakfast room is small and it can get crowded. Unless you want to hang out in the hotel, if you're looking at about the same price compared to downtown hotels, I would stay here because the rooms are spacious. About over 2, 000 square feet of space compared to 499 or less in other hotels. If you need a safe, the rooms don't have it but they have it at the front desk for safe keeping. They have refrigerators without freezers but if you need one, you can use one in their kitchen.

Good location and nice hotel.

This hotel is very close to Monterey Bay Aquarium. We booked the same day on Sunday for our trip to the Aquarium. It was easy to book here and price was fair. The breakfast room was small. We we crammed during breakfast and had to sit outside in the cold morning. The room was okay. It was not all luxurious but for the price we got the room it was okay. The elevator was a bit scary too. It felt as if it could have break on us. Good thing it didn't. Our stay here was good for when we needed it. The location was a plus.
