Room was very clean , breakfast is average the dining room is too small

Rooms, location, & service we're all good. I was a little disappointed that the complementary breakfast did not include potatoes along with eggs & sausage.

This is a nice, reasonably-priced hotel. The location is great for walking to downtown and even to Cannery Row. It's even better on days when the trolley is running. The hotel is a bit older but still in really good shape. We stayed in an oversized room and was pleased with all the space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The automatic nightlights in the bathroom were a nice touch. Liked that the sink was separate from the tub/toilet. The elevators that takes you from the parking lot directly to your room floor were very convenient. The internet was reliable. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was even better. Wish the hotel had more space to eat breakfast. I really enjoyed the cookies and coffee that were always available at the front desk. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay.

A modern hotel with comfortable rooms even though walls are extremely thin so noise could be a problem. The staff on the Frost desk were excellent and always willing to help and advise. A good location for getting down town and with a good selection of restuatants nearby. Breakfast was nothing special as it was limited but tasty enough. Undergrund parking a definite asset. Would definitely return.
