I don't usually review ...

I don't usually review big chain places, but! I've stayed here several times now and I absolutely love this place! Best hotel service I've had anywhere. Every desk recep is very kind and friendly and helpful. Easy and very good parking. Great location, close to the airport as well as the main street of Monterey. Excellent price! Very nice rooms on a quiet street. Even has an outdoor hot tub! Breakfast isn't bad at all, and they have coffee and tea all hours. Mostly though, the phenomenal service and great hotel for a very reasonable price. Love this place, will continue coming back.

Alan was amazing and ...

Alan was amazing and a delight. Room was upgraded from 2 queens to 2 kings. Beds were so comfortable, room was clean and spacious, and the hot tub and pool were great! We even got an adorable patio with our room. Easy breakfast, great location and overall great stay.

Exceptional value, especially for ...

Exceptional value, especially for a hotel so close to the downtown and tourist attraction area. Several excellent restaurants, cafe's, etc. within walking distance. My new place to stay in Monterey.
