Love the Best Western ...

Love the Best Western Plus Monterey Inn! The room, lobby, etc are always very clean. The staff, from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping are always friendly and very helpful! Close to everything as it is in the heart of Monterey. Highly recommend!

Thank you Diane and team for the outstanding service we experienced during our stay. We were particularly impressed with Alan at the front desk. He greeted us a warm “Aloha” welcome and we thought we were in Hawaii! Alan continued to promptly help us with the smooth check-in process. On another occasion, we asked Candido(sp) on our floor if we could have 2 more sets of towels and he came back in what it seemed like a matter of seconds! The Best Western Plus Monterey clearly shows attention to detail and commitment and it made our trip truly memorable.

Excellent place to enjoy ...

Excellent place to enjoy your Monterey getaway!!! Not only did Jose at the front desk go above and beyond at accommodating our family at check in, but the hotel was also extremely clean and well organized. This is definitely going to be our go-to family destination hotel for when we’re in Monterey.

Only stayed one night, ...

Only stayed one night, but the rooms were in great shape. The air conditioning was out throughout the hotel. The room was still ventilated well enough, so it wasn't unbearable.
