The owners and management ...

The owners and management at Best Western Plus Monterey are phenomenal! They generously donated a whole weekend to Key For a Cure Foundation to benefit research at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It is because of outstanding business's like Best Western Plus Monterey that we are closer to a cure for pediatric cancer. They treated our guest with great care and the room was amazing. Thank you Mike, Diane, and Cecile, the Best Western staff for facilitating a wonderful experience.

The room was very ...

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable despite what some people are saying. Staff was very friendly and showed us places to stay and eat at. The free breakfast was good. When a food item ran out, the staff quickly replaced it.

Very clean and updated ...

Very clean and updated rooms. King room with fire place and views of bay in the distance but can see sail boats from 3rd floor rooms. Quiet and romantic. Nice walk of .7 of a mile to Fisherman's Wharf and downtown. Add another 20 minutes and you can continue walking to Cannery Row. Staff is excellent.

I love this hotel! ...

I love this hotel! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast selection has plent of variety. We are staying in 107 which doesnt have much of a view but is extremely quiet with no street or parking lot traffic. A good nights sleep and cleanliness is way more important than a view for me. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable and the hotel is walking distance to Trader Joes and many restaurants and eateries. I highly recommend this hotel for a carefree place to stay while visiting Monterey.
